Our Policies for reservation, payments, billing, privacy, cancellation, etc
Deposits: No Deposits are required for making a reservation in most cases.
Reservations: You can make reservations as far in advance as you would like. We have drivers all every in South Florida so we can pick you as fast as possible. If you are making a reservation for a limo or for special occasion you are required to make a reservation in advance or you can call us to find out if you can be served right away which we do in most cases for short notice requests.
Payment: We accept almost all types of credit cards and debit cards in most of our taxi and limousines for your convenience.
Cancellation: We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations of limousine and special occasion services.
Refunds: Refunds will be made by either credit card or check. Refunds should appear within 7-10 working days depending on policies by the credit card provider or delivery by US Postal Mail.
Billing: For Business Account all Payments must be in our office within 7 days if you are qualified. Click here to apply for a business account.
Privacy: Our company does not sell nor solicit your personal information to any entities for any reason. All information gathered from you is private and confidential. Our web site is protected and secured by one of the largest hosting companies in the country. We use secure socket layers to protect all information collected on our web site.
